At present, all our buildings are manufactured in Estonia, and we intend to continue this practice. We prefer to offer locally produced products, but over time, we may also include products from other countries.

Currently, we offer 4 buildings that can help you create your country home. 

We offer two residential buildings and a greenhouse, as well as a hot tub.

We plan to add new buildings soon and hope to continuously expand our range to meet the needs of even the most demanding customers.

Currently, we operate within Europe and deliver exclusively to European countries.

Delivery times largely depend on the region you are ordering from. Delivery times can vary significantly by region.

We deliver the buildings using road transport with a large delivery truck. 

Most of the buildings need to be lifted down from the delivery truck. 

The crane must be in place. 

If you don’t have specialists to organize to spot, such as electrician and plumber, you can organize them yourself later. 

We deliver the building to the spot and you deal the rest whenever is suitable for you.

You will receive the final price once we’ve provided you with a personalized quote.

Before the final quote, we may contact you several times to gather the specific details that are important for delivery, location, and installation.

Once the quote is confirmed, we will send you an invoice with the corresponding amount and payment instructions. 

Upon transferring the 50% payment, your order receives final confirmation. 

We do not accept returns for buildings that have already been installed. For all other cases, the return policies are subject to the laws within Europe.

The warranty is provided by the manufacturer. Warranty conditions will be included with the documents you receive.
