Ground survey
First steps
Prepare you ground
A closer look at the soil
Ensure the ground is solid and the soil has a stable, even texture.
It’s always best to have the site slightly elevated — lower ground tends to collect water, which can eventually lead to flooding.

Logcabin and Lightcabin
For our cabins under 20m², a full foundation isn’t required.
We recommend using a post foundation or concrete block base, which allows for quick and easy installation while ensuring long-term stability for your cabin.
Lightgreenhouse
The Light greenhouse requires a strong foundation to ensure maximum durability and lifespan. We recommend building a high-quality slab or strip foundation. It can also be placed on an anchor bolt foundation.
Lighttub
The Lighttub is ready for immediate use. Just place it in your desired location, fill it with water, and light a fire in the stove!
Optionally, you can mark the location for the hot tub by drawing a circle 20cm larger than its outer diameter. Within this circle, you can remove the existing ground cover (like grass), lay down geo textile fabric, and then add a small layer of crushed stone.
Access to plot
Getting ready for delivery
Make sure the delivery is smooth
Logcabin and Lightcabin
Our larger cabin models are delivered via transportation truck.
It is essential to ensure that:
- Your property has adequate access width for our delivery vehicle
- The road leading to your location can safely accommodate larger vehicles
- Any access routes are clear and properly drivable for our transportation truck
Planning these access details in advance will help ensure a smooth and successful delivery of your premium cabin.
Lightgreenhouse and Lighttub
For smaller buildings, it is still essential to have proper access to transportation truck:- Verify that all pathways and entrances to your plot can accommodate a conventional delivery vehicle
For more extreme locations
For more challenging locations, we’ll need to arrange proper delivery. Provide us with all the relevant details about your plot, and we’ll find the best solution together.

All our smaller cabins require a crane to be available on the delivery day.
The crane is essential and must be arranged by the client in advance.
